I’m Kim.

I am the dog lover. My husband is the best because he makes way for me to have the funnest life: bunch of kids, sheep, a huge pen to keep animals, chickens, goat, tools for my mini ranch, wagon to haul water lol, but really - my FIRST Anatolian Shepherd to watch our “flock” of 6 kids. I absolutely fell in love with her. I have always enjoyed dogs, but having an Anatolian was next level. Her keen intelligence, understanding of commands, instinct, beauty, calmness - I had no need to ever have another breed. I found the one. Then he got me another one, Rollo. Then we bought our little Magna girl. Y’all, what more could a girl want? Maybe puppies or a mini donkey.

I encourage you to do your research on if this breed is fitting for you, your lifestyle, and the space you have. But for us, we have three in our family on our five acres in Searcy, Arkansas.

Torvi

FEMALE, AKC registered
This is our first Anatolian whom we fell in love with. She’s a fawn with black mask. She doesn’t bark much; she’s always been very instinctive and observant. Her body language gives off when she’s uncomfortable. She is so alert and watchful. Torvi loves to work animals. She has moved cows and sheep.
Rollo

MALE, AKC registered
This is our main man. He is the alpha. He has a deep, loud bark that will cause anyone to rethink if they’re entering our property or not. He’s very strong and powerful, yet he is equally obedient to me (Kim). He loves to please me and is disappointed when he gets in trouble. His coloring is a unique one called '“sable.”
Magna

FEMALE, AKC registered
Magna is our newest Anatolian. Her name means large and she’s a thick girl. We plan to breed her in the future with Rollo. She’s a beautiful black fawn and is a wonderful watchdog. She often walks out ahead of the pack and alerts Torvi and Rollo for “danger.”
